Floor light, Parliament, grey, black, yellow, Ø26cm, H180cm - Nemo Lighting
Designer : Charles Le Corbusier
Brand : Nemo Lighting
The Parliament floor lamp is published for the first time for the general public by Nemo Lighting.A creation by the famous architect Le Corbusier dating from 1963.
Charles Le Corbusier designed this lamp post for the European Parliament in Chandigarh, India. Directly inspired by the De Marseille wall lamp (1954), Parliament is just as functional! It is indeed equipped with two rotating conical shades allowing direct and indirect lighting.
Its very modern design for the time was directly inspired by the industrial lighting of the 1950s. Parliament blends perfectly with retro and modern decorations thanks to its neutral colours, namely grey and black, and its touch of yellow. Its direct lighting allows you to be illuminated at any time of the day. You can also place it next to a sofa or armchair for a reading area.
The Parliament floor lamp is 170-180cm high. Its foot is 26cm in diameter. The shades are 16cm and 12cm in diameter respectively. A dimmer is present on the cable (2.7m) to produce the desired atmosphere. Bulbs are not included, we recommend two LED bulbs E27 and A60 of 52W each.Made in Italy.
