Rotterdam-based Dutch design studio Atelier Robotiq, founded by designers Soren Blomaard, Dimitrios Lakovou and Anne-Lise Heydra, offers us the sublime UFO Medium suspension.

Science in the service of design. The lamp is made of resin-impregnated fibers inspired by dragonfly wings. Using an industrial robot, the fibers are wound around a mold in a geometric pattern. The structure, which appears like a UFO from beyond, is made of wire and the cable is braided.

Ideal for your living room, bedroom or kitchen, this luminaire creates an incredible play of light that casts shadows on walls and ceilings thanks to the fibers. A warm, intense light to delight the eye.
The diameter is 60 cm with a height of 18 cm (25x7 inches). The brass ceiling base is 10 cm in diameter and the black and white cable is 150 cm. The bulb is not supplied with the lamp.

A whole collection is available in different sizes (S,M,L) and colors (charcoal black, light copper and a special edition with an iridescent color).
