Lara is a vase portable lamp designed by Ann Demeulemeester for Serax.

The Lara vase follows the same principle as Lys: it is a sandblasted glass vase with a rechargeable LED light source located in the wooden base. The matt glass directs the light into the flower petals. The loading takes place via the wooden stand in which the vase can be placed. Lara is characterized by its convex shape. The opening of the vase is not too large on top, so that even large flowers or a single flower will adopt a very vertical position.
