Design accessories, from Luceplan

Following a long collaboration with Arteluce founder Gino Sarfatti, three Italian architects decided to strike out on their own in 1978 by creating their own brand: Luceplan. This project was the brainchild of Sandra Severi, Riccardo Sarfatti, and Paolo Rizzatto, who sought to enhance their customers’ quality of life through contemporary, designer lighting.

With over forty years of experience, the brand has distinguished itself by winning numerous awards, such as the European Community Design Award, the Good Design Award in Chicago, the Design Plus Award in Frankfurt, and the Red Dot Design Award. Experimentation, a commitment to quality, the desire to create “beautiful objects for the general public,” and a sense of refinement are the timeless pillars on which Luceplan has always been built and which form the foundation of its international success.

Energy efficiency is also a top priority for these Italian designers. As pioneers in the lighting industry, they have sought to create products that reduce energy consumption and are made from materials and technologies that meet environmental standards, such as LED technology. While also developing functional and modern lighting, some of their products combine acoustic comfort with high-quality light to illuminate your space as effectively as possible. Luceplan thus stands out thanks to its eco-friendly, sustainable, and low-maintenance lighting fixtures.

In 2006, the Italian architects conceived a new brand based on a range of technical, architectural, and professional lighting fixtures: Elementi di Luceplan.

Luceplan is a renowned lighting brand known worldwide, from Milan to Paris and New York, and collaborates with numerous designers.

Their flagship product? The Mesh pendant light designed by Francisco Gomez Paz.
