Niko: Belgian Excellence in Design and Smart Home Automation

In the world of electrical equipment, certain brands manage to combine functionality, aesthetics, and technological innovation with rare mastery. Niko is undeniably one of them. Founded in Belgium in 1919, this century-old family-owned company has established itself as a leading European player in the field of switches, outlets, and smart control solutions for homes and commercial spaces.

At Niko, design is centered on the user experience. Each product is designed to offer a perfect balance between ease of use, visual elegance, and long-lasting performance. Materials are carefully selected, lines are clean and contemporary, and finishes are exceptionally refined—all qualities that make Niko switches true decorative elements in their own right.

Among the brand’s most iconic collections, Niko Rocker and Niko Toggle perfectly embody this commitment to combining timeless aesthetics with technical excellence.

- The Rocker collection reimagines the classic switch with an elegant, minimalist silhouette that blends seamlessly into both modern and more traditional interiors.

- The Toggle collection, meanwhile, pays homage to the lever switches of yesteryear, infusing them with a contemporary touch and meticulous attention to detail. The result? Unique pieces with a distinct retro charm that appeal to architects and design enthusiasts alike.

Alongside this focus on style, Niko also stands out for its commitment to innovation. The brand develops powerful and intuitive home automation solutions, such as Niko Home Control, which allow users to control lighting, blinds, heating, and security from a centralized interface or remotely via smartphone. It’s a modern vision of the connected home, where simplicity and performance are never sacrificed for the sake of style—quite the opposite.

Niko is, therefore, a brand that embodies Belgian refinement, industrial precision, and a constant drive for innovation. By joining our selection, it enriches our lineup of mid-to-high-end switches with products that are beautiful, smart, and built to last.
