Design accessories, from Serax

Serge and Axel Van Den Bossche, two brothers, founded Serax in 1986. Starting out in a small garage, the Belgian company is now a multinational with international success. It remains, however, a family-owned business whose “DNA is marked by passion.”

All of the collections are conceived by designers—both well-known and emerging—from around the world and produced using traditional craftsmanship. From Vietnam to Antwerp via Portugal, Serax’s artisans craft each piece with care and skill, never losing sight of the core essence of the original concept. All products are one-of-a-kind pieces, unique in their form, style, and materials.

Serax offers numerous collections of cutlery and tableware, furniture, and lighting fixtures. In 2009, the founder, Axel Van Den Bossche, met the artist Roos van de Velde, a ceramics specialist. Together, they launched a collection of tableware. Serax was then thrust into the spotlight and became THE go-to brand for innovative porcelain and ceramics in the eyes of Michelin-starred chefs.
