Our lighting, from Skryta

Discover Skryta, the Swedish slow design brand that is 100% handmade and environmentally and socially sustainable. Created by Maria Zeilon and Lill O.Sjöberg, the company's aim is to reuse forgotten materials to create designer lighting.

Skryta was born out of a desire to slow down the fast-paced world, and to find alternative solutions to today's challenges by restoring meaning to work and consumption patterns.

All the materials used by the brand come from the scraps of weaving mills, joineries and other factories. They are then transformed into designer interior fixtures.

Each lamp is made in collaboration with Göteborgs Kyrkliga, a local organization in Sweden that helps reintegrate people who have left the job market. As a result, each lamp is signed by the person who designed it, and you can find out the origin of its materials and its history thanks to its ID number.
