Our lighting, from Tala

Founded in 2015 in London by three friends—Josh, Max, and William—who had studied together at the University of Edinburgh, Tala Lighting was born out of their shared passion for design, technology, and sustainability. Convinced that environmental conservation and the pursuit of beauty can coexist, they decided to take an innovative approach to LED lighting, pushing the boundaries to create fixtures that are both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally friendly.

At Tala, responsible design is at the heart of their creative process. The collections are brought to life in London, carefully crafted in the brand’s studio and lighting laboratory. This local approach underscores Tala’s commitment to quality and sustainability, with a keen eye on the environmental impact of each creation. The brand is B Corp certified, having scored 89.7 points on its first B Impact Assessment, making Tala the sixth UK-based lighting company to join the B Corp community.
