Our lighting, from Nordic Tales

This is the story of a company founded in 2012 in Aarhus, Denmark. The company is called Nordic Tales, and all of its creations are inspired by classic fairy tales.

The design studio was born out of a desire to be part of the Scandinavian design tradition. Their ambition was to create a modern company where designers—young, talented individuals—tell stories that champion change.

Nordic Tales products tell a story, from the object’s form to its packaging. And this story changes with every decision the customer makes, thanks to the customization options available to them. By creating a unique and personal design, the customer becomes part of the Nordic Tales story.

Inspired by the heritage of Scandinavian design, the lamps feature clean lines that showcase natural wood. Authentic and understated, the Nordic Tales aesthetic adds a natural and poetic touch to contemporary decor, telling stories full of charm.
