Complete renovation of a 33m2 studio.
The space was delivered unfinished, with only electrical and plumbing requirements. The clients, living in an apartment within the same residence, envisioned this multi-purpose studio, in order to work in it and receive family and friends to sleep over.
Given the high ceilings, the idea of a desk on a dais under which the bed is stored was retained, to free up the rest of the surface for other functions.
As a result, the kitchen, full-height storage units and shower room are positioned along the blind wall, leaving the office and living areas as close as possible to natural light and the terrace.
