COURCELLES - WALLS AND WONDERS
This superb 150 m² family apartment, nestled in the heart of the 17ᵉ arrondissement, possessed undeniable charm, but had not been renovated for 30 years. It required a complete overhaul to suit the needs and style of its new owners. Spaces were redesigned, and bespoke layouts were conceived to optimize every square centimeter, streamline circulation and assert a strong identity.
Right from the entrance, the tone is set. Seduced by its volumes and roundness, the space is sublimated by integrating a bespoke bench in powdered hues. The walls are adorned in a deep Tahoe Blue, in harmony with the sumptuous historic L'Eden panoramic, re-edited by Le Grand Siècle. To mark the transition to the living room, an Art Deco-inspired glass roof has been designed, creating an elegant dialogue with the rest of the apartment. And finally, a vast custom-made dressing room was installed along the entire length of the adjacent corridor, accentuating depth and optimizing storage.
In this renovation, lighting fixtures punctuate the spaces, whether in the living room or in the hallway. Graphic and elegant, they diffuse a beautiful light when natural luminosity is no longer sufficient.
