The owners, travel enthusiasts, discovered this apartment around the bend of a few streets, nestled in an elegant 1930s building.
Their experience as expatriates and their many travels around the world guided the renovation of this 120 m² space, resulting in bold associations of color and style. After exploring the lands of the Middle East and the captivating landscapes of South America, this couple in their sixties, rich in memories and treasures brought back home, succeeded in creating a new Parisian haven for themselves, sublimated by the architect's expert eye.
In this interior, oriental rugs blend harmoniously with a vibrant terracotta palette, while waxed concrete is subtly combined with sparkling chandeliers and gilded mirrors.
As for the layout of the apartment, although punctuated by a few atypical angles, it proved to be a perfect showcase. An imposing Art Deco glass roof with rounded lines sits at the center of the space, establishing a harmonious link between the various living areas.
