LA CHAPELLE SUR ERDRE - CREATIVE INTERIORS
To give this living space a warm atmosphere, we quickly chose to incorporate the color blue in a fairly strong, vivid hue. Easy to combine with the exterior elements, this blue also highlights all the decorative elements.
The configuration of the house, built with a "cube" nesting at an angle in the living room to create the volume of the lounge, thus generated an angle that could not be exploited to place the sofa against the wall.
In fact, the sofa was necessarily positioned at an angle, with the TV in the opposite corner. In terms of circulation, this was not ideal, and it also revealed a feeling of narrowness, whereas in terms of surface area, we were quite comfortable.
We also suggested swapping the billiard area and the living area, to enhance both and create 2 different worlds.
In fact, we thought it would be wiser to have the living room and billiards area in the same room, and to install the billiards area in the continuity of the kitchen, instead of the former living room.
This way, the living room can be isolated to allow others a quieter space while others have fun around the pool table.
To bring a very natural spirit to this living space, we paired the blue color with a light oak-look vinyl flooring in the Floorify range. In fact, the special features of this product immediately convinced the customers and made for quick and easy installation.
