Zangra sockets have a safety feature that prevents them from opening when you change the bulb. When the two parts of the socket are tightly clamped together, it goes into 'safety mode'. To release it, use a flathead screwdriver to push the small pin towards the center of the socket. This little pin is located next to the two metal connectors inside the socket, locked in lateral teeth.
