Mélanie grew up on the island of La Réunion and Alexandre in the Basque Country, they met while studying in Bordeaux and began a work in pairs that would turn into Agence Hivoa in 2016 after they graduated.
After 7 years working in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Pays-Basque regions, the agency moved to La Réunion in January 2023. Together, they design optimized and colorful interiors, as well as objects.
