Italian-born Ilaria is an art historian who has been working in interior design since her arrival in Aix-en-Provence. Her "former life" took place between Milan and Paris, between illuminated manuscripts of the Middle Ages, which she specialized in through her studies, and a first professional life in the world of the art market, from Sotheby's Milan to the management of a Medieval Art Gallery in the heart of Paris.
Today, a self-taught interior designer, she is fascinated by soft, welcoming worlds, uncluttered interiors and a simple, natural lifestyle. Her style is a constant search for elegant simplicity, where Mediterranean light rubs shoulders with minimalism enhanced by colors and materials.
Since 2016, Ilaria has been helping individuals and professionals change their living and working spaces to reflect their desires and worlds, but above all to create a more soothing, purer, healthier space. Her projects are mainly concentrated in the Aix-en-Provence and Marseille areas, with a few creative escapades in Paris or Corsica, but her Deco Consulting services, often carried out remotely, enable her to spread her wings in France and abroad.
Beyond her interior design activity, Ilaria continues her Minimalist Workshops to learn how to live and furnish with less, her favorite tool for sharing a more committed lifestyle, and regularly feeds her Diary, awarded in London as "Best Design Inspiration Blog", her favored notebook of inspiration since 2012.
