After graduating from LISAA (interior design & architecture) and ESA (architecture), Juliette Rubel joined an agency specializing in commercial architecture and worked on restaurant and retail projects for major retailers.
With this experience, she formed her own studio in 2017 and was entrusted with the realization of restaurants such as
"Giorgio" or "Echo Deli". Subsequently, "Officine Générale", opens the doors of the international market (NYC, Seoul, London), and entrusts her with the development of all its new store openings.
Specialized in restaurant and retail projects, Juliette Rubel develops her activity in France and abroad. Her
training as an architect (HMONP) and interior designer allows her to master and bring a global harmony
on her projects, from the general conception of spaces to the design of furniture and lighting.
The projects she designs have an assertive architectural identity and become a communication medium in their own right for her clients.
