A modern man, an entrepreneur, a self-made man, married with five children, Emmanuel Cazals is a native of the South-West, rooted between the Tarn and the Lot.

He studied to become a physics engineer, but never applied himself, as his entrepreneurial spirit got the better of him. He took on a salaried job in marketing, created a grape sparkling wine, "Le Montdragon", and managed several companies.

Emmanuel Cazals groped, dreamed, assembled and disassembled. He's always on the lookout. Until the day when his desire to invest in real estate became obvious. Inspired by the modernity of a grandmother, widow and mother of 8, who had bought a typical house in Ibiza in the 60s, which she rented out from time to time, Emmanuel bought his very first Maison Fabel, in Guadeloupe, not far from one of his uncles.
