Daniel Gallo is a French lighting designer based in Paris.
Fascinated by furniture from the 50's to the 70's, after many years as a dealer and decorator, where he dedicated himself to researching and restoring pieces by the great masters of design, Daniel Gallo launched into the creation of his own objects. He created his first lamps in his workshop, machining all the parts himself, from steel tubes to knurled brass bolts...
In 2012, Daniel Gallo founded his own publishing house. His approach is artisanal. It's part of a desire to create, where quality takes precedence over quantity. Lighting fixtures are prepared on site in their Paris workshop.
A family spirit reigns around the brand, as his two children, Lou and Giovanni, have joined their father in this creative adventure.
Their aim is to design functional and aesthetic objects that are easy to use, efficient and pleasant to look at and handle. Their work focuses on rotations and articulations, using ball joints, bent tubes and self-machined bolts.
Made in France. All materials are purchased, machined and assembled in France.
