Darmes is a Canadian lighting brand distributing and manufacturing incomparable high-end products. The brand came into being in 2016 thanks to the meeting of two designers Alexandre Joncas and Gildas Le Bars.
The creations reflect the designers' fascination with light and its effects on humans. Darmes works with light as well as objects, and its designs are the result of an artistic approach, social involvement and technological mastery.
All models are hand-assembled in the Greater Montreal area.
The studio favors suppliers and artisans from the greater Montreal area, driven by a desire to master its creations from design to manufacturing.
The brand has emphasized its international character and modern vision of entrepreneurship since its inception under the aegis of Director of Operations Gildas Le Bars.
Darmes models are exceptional objects of strong design, thanks in particular to the clear, pure lines of the products and noble materials such as stone and bronze.
