Scottish designer David Taylor works from his home studio in the heart of the Swedish countryside.
David Taylor studied metal design at Konstfack University in Stockholm. He perfects his craft by combining post-industrial waste with precious metals, DIY components and other materials to create unique and extraordinary objects.
He enjoys exploring different materials and in particular metal surfaces. His work is characterized by a raw, sculptural and distinctive touch.
During his career, Taylor has won several awards such as the Red Dot Design Award and the EDIDA/ELLE Interior Design Award.
