Thomas Merlin

After four years spent in different studios in Paris, the French designer Thomas Merlin founded his own studio in 2011. He develops his projects with simplicity and accuracy. He asks himself questions about the manufacture of each and every object seeking to make them visible and reversible in order to have them give off more light into the environment. The balance between functionality and aesthetics relies on the use of natural raw materials resulting in a modern yet minimalist expression. In 2015, he collaborated with the French brand, Eno, creating the lamps Brother & Sister.
