Part of the Model 2050 collection, this piece combines the innovative vision of Gino Sarfatti with the creativity of Franco Albini, Franca Helg, F. Helg, A. Piva, M. Albini. Designed in Italy, the Model 2050 suspension is a faithful re-edition of the original work.

The reissue of the Model 2050 demonstrates Astep's ongoing rediscovery of the great Italian masters of light. Incorporating environmental sensitivity, this suspension uses Green Cast, a 100% recycled and recyclable material, patented and made in Italy, for the diffuser. Green Cast's brushed finish lends the suspension a timeless elegance, highlighting the beauty of the mouth-blown glass and steel. Suspended over a table, this piece becomes a sculptural fixture, combining functionality and retro aesthetics.

The Model 2050 offers 360° diffused lighting, creating an enveloping luminous ambience. It also offers direct lighting, adding a touch of functionality to its retro aesthetic. Using an E27 bulb, it offers a maximum wattage of less than 11 W, with a low-consumption option of less than 7 W. The cable length ensures flexible installation, while the choice of Green Cast underlines the commitment to sustainable materials.
