Astep is the grandson of Arteluce and the son of Luceplan! Indeed, the creator of Astep is in fact the son of Ricardo Sarfatti, the creator of Luceplan. Alessandro Sarfatti has been steeped in this family heritage since childhood, and continues the work of his father and grandfather Gino Sarfatti!

Offering lighting fixtures with Italian aesthetics and quality, Astep blends traditional Italian style with contemporary flair. The company reissues iconic models by designers such as Vittoriano Vigano, Alfredo Haberli and, above all, Gino Sarfatti! In fact, the brand has created a collection in his name, in which many of the models are reworked to pay homage to him.

For its next projects, Astep wants to adapt to new technologies while retaining its Italian stamp. Its lighting fixtures will accompany us into the digitalized world, while retaining their Italian style!
