Vittoriano Viganò was born in 1919 in Milan, immersed in Art from his youth thanks to his father, Vico Viganò, who was a painter and engraver, he studied and graduated in 1944 at the Milan Polytechnic School in Architecture.
He is one of the most famous designers in the post-war movement, the "brutalist" movement. He has worked on many different projects: as an architect, interior designer and landscape architect.
He worked as Artistic Director at Arteluce, the famous Italian house of Gino Sarfatti! Considered one of the best Italian designers, he has been awarded the Italian Republic President Prize for Architecture.
