Muuto is a young Scandinavian publishing house that embraces the tradition of Scandinavian design ... in other words, sustainable aesthetics, functionality, craftsmanship and honest expression. Muuto blends this design tradition with many new features: forward-looking materials, new techniques and bold creative thinking. Their ambition is to offer a new perspective on Scandinavian design.

The name Muuto comes from "muutos", which means "new perspective" in Finnish. They select renowned contemporary designers as powerful interpreters of their philosophy; then share and combine their ideas and talents with Muuto's passionate creative team.
