Our lighting, animal lamps

Animals from the jungle, the forest, the sea, and even the farm are all the rage in our homes. The bestiary blends naturally into the decor with small touches. Realistic, exotic, or reimagined animals, this slightly offbeat universe finds its way into every corner of the house. Animals are chic, intriguing, or quirky, blending seamlessly into interiors. The animal trend is as original as it is timeless. With their different shapes and varied origins, animals are now featured in contemporary designer lighting.
Attractive and often endearing, animal lamps look just as pretty when lit as when unlit and are unusual, designer decorative elements.
Looking for realism? The various Monkey lamps by Seletti, or the Moo wall lamp by Northern Lighting, with its moose embodied in a wall lamp, are surprisingly realistic.
In a more childlike style, the famous and timeless Miffy rabbit lamp by Dutch brand Mr Maria, inspired by the character Nijntje, a famous fictional little rabbit created in 1955, needs no introduction. Both dreamy and mischievous, it is still a phenomenal success with children and adults alike.
For a touch of originality, the cats and dogs revisited by Eno studio are perfect. The Waaf dog from Structures is particularly intriguing and functions almost like a toy: its legs bend and unfold to form every imaginable posture.
