Restructuring of a 350 m2 Haussmanian plateau to accommodate a private company.

The project aims to transform a residential space by optimizing volumes in order to meet a new office function, while retaining the Haussmanian charm.

From open space to private offices, the aim is to ensure that teams can circulate freely, that acoustics are respected and that working lighting is optimized.
