HARPE - ALIX DU HALGOUET
Renovation of a 60-square-meter Parisian
apartment Located on the first floor of a beautiful 18th-century building, this apartment deserved to be restored to its former glory. It suffered from a highly impractical layout and outdated materials.
We redesigned the entire layout, choosing to place the kitchen and office area within the expanded living space. The bedroom now features a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, and the half-bath is separate.
In terms of decor, we played with a mix of materials (solid hardwood floors, lime wash, polished concrete, walnut, etc.) and light colors to maximize natural light. ©Photo
