For the renovation of this charming stone house, the customers wanted to enlarge and gain space.
They chose to modify their entire first floor and increase the floor area by raising their roof.
Also, the exterior joinery was changed and enlarged. And, to modernize and contrast with their stone building, we opted for a zinc extension. This raw, contemporary material gives the exterior of this house quite a pep boost.
Everything had to be redesigned: The framework, plumbing, including the laying of a new floor, and electricity were all brought up to standard.
