PLISSON - CAMILLE AUTREUX
Located in the heart of Nogent-sur-Marne, this three-storey family home had lost some of its splendor. When the owners acquired it, they fell in love with the volumes, which suggested numerous possibilities for redevelopment. A total renovation was then undertaken.
The basement now houses a gym, steam room and sauna. The cellar was also completely refurbished and illuminated. The first floor features vast reception areas. The other levels are dedicated to the private spaces of the owners and their children. A 70 m2 games room occupies the top floor. The attic has also been converted to create a cinema space for children.
The kitchen and all the fixtures and fittings were entirely designed by the studio and made to measure by our carpenter.
The landscaping project redesigned the axes of circulation and the planted areas from the outside into the house to create permeability between the different spaces. A swimming corridor topped by a movable terrace lets you take full advantage of this beautiful green setting in fine weather. An outdoor kitchen has been installed in the former dovecote.
