We invite you to this beautiful 70's apartment, offering spectacular views over Paris.
A project carried out hand in hand with our loyal partner Géraldine Pangrazzi of STUDIO PK.
From the top of its 8th floor and with a long balcony accessible from every room, the challenge was its small kitchen separated from the rest of the spacious living area. So we freed up the space to install a large, bright, open kitchen and create a large, wired bookcase that starts from the very wide entrance.
The living area is subtly divided by a claustra principle, allowing the television to be placed against it and naturally creating a lounge and dining area. The feminine design is based on a palette of deep hues contrasting with a soft, slightly off-white.
