In this beautiful Haussmann-style apartment, the reception rooms were partitioned off from one another and the circulation space was not very fluid.
We therefore reorganized the space by removing the double doors, filling in a wall to create a large custom-made bookcase and working with colors and materials to give harmony to the whole.
Mouldings and cornices were redesigned and custom-made by a staffer to create a link between the different rooms, hide ducts and insert indirect lighting.
