BOULANGER - STUDIO GAZELLES
The floors and walls were completely consolidated to ensure the building's durability. The interior layout was then completely rethought to place the kitchen and living room at the heart of the apartment, creating a central, convivial living space. A bathroom and separate WC were integrated into the technical space, which is served by a corridor transformed into a curved library, a true architectural element of the project.
Previously unexploited surfaces have been optimized thanks to this custom-built bookcase, with a laundry room discreetly integrated into the continuity of the curves leading to the bathroom. The open kitchen, the centerpiece of the project, takes its inspiration from the Mediterranean world and is built around a central island designed as a space for sharing. Materials, volumes and lighting have been carefully considered to create a warm, contemporary atmosphere right from the entrance, thanks to a bespoke wooden cabinet combining storage, seating and integrating the fridge.
At the rear of the apartment, the bedrooms have been redesigned to offer comfort and serenity. The master bedroom features a bespoke dressing room and a headboard incorporating the studio's signature WallWood panels, bringing relief and identity to the space.
This project illustrates our approach to interior design in Paris: tailor-made design, attentive to use, detail and the balance between aesthetics and functionality, to create a sustainable, harmonious place to live.
