The idea was to retain the character and codes of the Haussmann style with a twist. For example, we salvaged the glass doors from the entrance gallery and turned them into sliding doors to close off the dining room without cutting off perspectives.
The kitchen was previously closed, but we opened it up visually thanks to a beautiful white workshop glass roof that goes all the way to the ceiling.
The renovation required extensive joinery work, and the kitchen and all the dressing rooms were made-to-measure.
In both bathrooms, we adopted a contemporary style (Marazzi terrazzo tiles, Marius Aurenti waxed concrete walls) with vintage touches (brass fittings, Scandinavian enfilades transformed into vanity units).
The renovation features a palette of neutral tones and blues. A few touches of black add elegance to the space. Not forgetting the beautiful Klein Blue we used on the entrance ceiling!
