GINA - STUDIO GAZELLES
Gina con Amore is a contemporary Italian restaurant located on the banks of the Seine, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. This restaurant interior design project was conceived as an immersive experience, blending Mediterranean design, floral scenography and craftsmanship.
The space is organized around a central shaft from which rises an architectural floral composition, structuring the volume while concealing the ceiling's technical elements. Inspired by an indoor Greek patio, the circular layout encourages conviviality and a fluid reading of the space. Klein blue, the common thread running through the project, punctuates the furniture and asserts the identity of the space.
The bespoke furniture, designed by our Studio, plays a central role in the architectural concept. The petal-shaped tables were designed, manufactured and distributed by our Studio. The chairs, made by Les Gambettes, feature custom finishes. As part of an eco-design approach, the existing benches were transformed and reupholstered by a Parisian upholsterer with a fabric inspired by the Italian design of yesteryear.
The bar, the structuring element of the project, was designed in walnut-finish WallWood panels, made in our workshops in France, with a finish specially developed for this venue. The terrace was enlarged and fitted with a new structure allowing the bay windows to be fully opened, creating a natural continuity between inside and outside.
Gina con Amore is an all-encompassing interior design project, bright and warm, designed to offer a convivial and sustainable experience, imbued with good vibes.
