Fermob

The Fermob French outdoor furniture is based in Thoissey (Ain, France).
In the 50’s, an iron specialist began to design and produce outdoor products. In 1953, his son rose the enterprise with an industrial manufacture (instead of handwork manufacture).

In 1989, the brand is bought by the French Bernard Reybier. It began to grow and it has now 40% of sales in foreign.
Fermob (composed of 200 people) is a specialist for outdoor furniture, in metal and in several colors.

In the Thoissey factory, 400 000 pieces are produce by year, respecting the environment and the sustainable development.
The Fermob products quality are controlled for all steps : raw materials, welding, paint, montage, assembly and the final product.

Made in metal ( steel or aluminium), Fermob products use recycled materials, and the paint is also recycled and is not dangerous for the health. This paint is anti-UV for a high-quality.
The brand has the ISO14001 certificate since 2010. It is based on the improving of the environmental performance.

Fermob Models are in many public spaces like Time Square ( Bistro chair) and many Paris’s gardens like the Luxembourg’s garden.
The Google head office, the Harvard university, the school 42, Bryant Park are other spaces decorating with Fermob models.
Since 2010, Fermob has enlarged products with original, playful and amazing lightings like Balad collection, removable everywhere.
