CVL manufacture is a company located in the Loire Valley with over six decades of experience in the design and manufacture of lighting.
CVL designs each of its models. An integrated design department is constantly working on the creation and development of the products. Many of the luminaires that have become standard bear witness to the company's pioneering spirit.
CVL bases its successes on a real ability to capture the shapes, materials and colours that will find their place and adapt to create harmony in any interior.
CVL is a medium-sized company on a human scale, and is proud of its artisanal roots and ancestral expertise. Each light fixture is entirely handmade and highlights a quality know-how, driven by a passion for our favourite material : brass.
This satin-finish, warm material can be flexible and airy. It lends itself to the most complex as well as the most refined shapes and gives CVL lighting fixtures an incomparable grace.
At CVL, thirty or so employees work on the manufacturing process. From cutting to bending, from polishing to varnishing, from assembly to shipping, each stage is a manual operation, meticulously mastered through gestures similar to those of goldsmiths. Having complete control over the manufacturing process, from design to production, gives CVL a unique identity that can be integrated into all worlds, whether classic or contemporary.
