The Norvegian studio, Hareide design is founded in 2010 by Einar Hareide. It is industrial design society, recongnized around the world.
Its team is composed of designers from Oslo (Norway) and Göteborg (Sweden).
Volvo Trucks, Northern Lighting, Bombardier, Rolls-Royce Marine, Jøtul, Kongsberg Maritime, Posgrund Porselen, Adax, Odim,… a sample of Hareide design’s clients.
In lighting sector, wa can forget the original Illusion’s wall and pendant lights published by Northern Lighting.
Hareide design won 19 awards for design excellence from The Norwegian Design Council. It also achieved the iF Gold Award, three Red Dot Awards, as well as the prestigious Red Dot Award “Best of the best”.
In 2006, the models, AutoSock and Starloop were incorporated in the permanent collection of Architecture and Design at the MoMA.
