Lars Vejen is a Danish designer and architect born in 1971. He studied at the Aarhus School of Architecture in Denmark and graduated as an architect in 1996.
After graduation, Lars started his career with SHL Architects working in the interior and product design team for the Royal Library project in Copenhagen, a building later known as "The Black Diamond".

In 2009, the designer was awarded the Red Dot Award for his "SOLID" collection published by Veksoe.

After 18 years in the SHL organization and more than 10 years as head of design at SHL Design, on September 1, 2014 Vejen founded his eponymous studio, Design Studio Lars Vejen.
