Born in Lyon in 1994, Maxime Dubois studied engineering at ECAM Lyon after completing a DUT in Lyon. Attracted to creation and design from an early age, he began working in the quality and environment sector, but kept within himself the desire to build a more creative and personal project.
In 2019, he imagined a wooden rocket lamp, named Ariane, which became the starting point of his entrepreneurial adventure. Aware that 95% of lighting sold in France is imported, he decided to launch his own brand to offer a local, responsible and poetic alternative.
Maxime develops pieces with clean lines that highlight the grain of wood and the quality of light. His approach combines functional design, local production and eco-responsible standards: choice of FSC wood, precise assembly, durable finishes, and attention to the product life cycle.
