Simon Klenell is an artist and glassmaker based in Stockholm.
He received his MFA from Konstfack University of Art, Craft and Design in 2009.
He has subsequently worked as an exhibiting artist, focusing on unique art pieces, as well as a product designer.
Simon Klenell is inspired by the amorphous nature of the material and its poetic potential to create extraordinary objects.
Since 2017, Simon Klenell is one of the organizers and founding members of the group behind Sthlm Glas. A hot glass studio in Gustavsberg, outside Stockholm.
