Founded in 2020, CPRV is a collaborative design studio created by Camille Paillard and Romain Voulet, based between London and Marseille.
From the outset, the duo developed a transversal approach to design, nourished by these two complementary territories, at the crossroads of cultures and uses. Their approach is rooted in a desire to design fair and sustainable objects, in constant dialogue with everyday life, exploring furniture, lighting, objects and interior design projects.
CPRV's creations are characterized by a search for essential simplicity, careful attention to materials and functionality designed to last. The studio is interested in how objects fit naturally into everyday life, without artifice, by emphasizing legible forms and obvious uses. This philosophy is reflected in the Aplat table lamp designed for HAY, which perfectly illustrates their approach: a sober, precise design deeply rooted in use, where form above all serves experience.
Today, they are collaborating with the Danish company Hay in the creation of the Aplat lighting collection.
