KUTARQ Studio is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Spain. The architect and designer behind the studio, Jordi López Aguiló, designs lighting, objects and furniture with a unique and pragmatic perspective.

After spending time abroad collaborating with prestigious architecture firms in Paris and Copenhagen, he moved to his hometown of Valencia, where he has been running his own studio since 2012. His work has been exhibited internationally, including Milan Design Week, Frankfurt Light & Building, Neocon Chicago, Tokyo Design Week, Stockholm Furniture Fair and Maison & Objet in Paris.

He constantly challenges himself to reveal the "soul" behind his objects, offering users an aesthetic design with a personality and a story of its own.

Playful and useful, the objects that Jordi López Aquiló imagines are accompanied by a desire to discover simple designs. The studio's work on clean and soft shapes is reflected in the Pump table lamp. Inspired by hot air balloons, the light is lifted from the ground. It floats in the air. With its soft opal glass, the Pump table lamp is ideal for a variety of places where a pleasant light is needed.

Among the flagship collections are the Pump for Woud, Duo for Eno and Balance for Bolia.
