Twiggy is a floor lamp designed by Marc Sadler in 2006 for Foscarini.

A classic can only be renewed y interpreting the tradition in a more daring way: it is the path taken by Twiggy which, for its 15 years, comes in a version combining in a surprising way two opposing materials and in a new character. A floor lamp that allows one to decentre the light point, with a transverse style and capable of adapting to a multitude of contexts thanks to its slender line. The new spirit of Twiggy Wood brings cachet and warmth to the space thanks to the presence of wood which, matched to the black or greige stem and base, contributes to create a particularly elegant set, which easily adapts to any interiors.

Twiggy Wood is a floor lamp providing direct and indirect light. The diffuser is obtained by the superposition of two sheets of bleached maple wood, equipped at the top and bottom with a bamboo ring a few millimetres thick to guarantee the circumference. The stem in composite material is mounted on a base in liquid lacquered fiberglass. The circular base is in epoxy powder coated metal.

The light source is included (1x LED, 28W, 2700K, 3840lm, CRI>90). The transparent cable features an on/off switch. The luminaire comes with four counterweights to be inserted in the dedicated housing above the diffuser to adjust its height. Additional rods are available to lengthen the stem (accessory to be purchased separately).
