The Chinese designers Neri and Yu reveal the Yanzi pendant light of the Artemide publishing house.

To draw the Yanzi collection, the designers Neri & Hu were inspired by an urban scene: The many swallows that populate the streets of Shanghai, perched on rooftops, window ledges or scaffolding.

So they decide to stage a bird on an aerial perch. The lamp creates a landscape of light that animates spaces with poetry and elegance. It evokes a bird sin on its branch enclosed under a bell. The structure and the escutcheon are made of lacquered steel, the body of the bird is of brass and the bell is in transparent blown glass. An extraordinary sensibility in the juxtaposition of hot and cold materials, essential while being sought.

The dimensions of the pendant light are 35 cm in diameter and 35 cm in height. The cable is 122 cm in maximum length. The weight is 3 kg.

It returns a diffuse light; The LED source is integrated and irreplaceable.
