How can I get my data?
If you’d like to view your order history, the shipping addresses saved for your orders, or view or edit your favorite items, go to your account page by clicking the sign-in icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
If you’d like to request a downloadable file of your account data—including your contact information and order history—you can contact us directly via our contact form. Once the file is ready, we’ll send it to you by email. This may take up to one month.
