This project aims to transform a commercial premises into a coffee shop, Olysse Café, located in the 8ᵉ arrondissement of Paris.
It features a soothing, minimalist style, highlighting rounded shapes and the use of materials such as gradient waxed concrete and zellige, bringing a unique and singular touch.
