LUXEMBOURG - STUDIO GAZELLES
In the heart of the Vème arrondissement, a magnificent Haussmanian apartment required extensive renovation after suffering a devastating fire.
Drawing on our expertise as architects and interior designers, we redesigned the entire space, down to the smallest detail of the original moldings, engravings and stained-glass windows.
In association with the firm Fevre et Gaucher, we worked for 15 months with the insurance experts to autopsy, catalogue, compile, dissect and rewrite the history of this residence in order to resurrect the soul of this apartment.
This meticulous research enabled us to identify the most important elements of the apartment's history. This meticulous research enabled us to rethink certain spaces while preserving the original structure and layout.
