LANCRY - NICOLAS BOSSARD ARCHITECTURE
Our renovation project for these 87m2 was based around a bespoke transformation, requiring us to strike a balance between reconfiguring the rooms to give shape to a heterogeneous, vibrant interior, and preserving the original elements that make up the apartment's entire history. These, including moldings, period radiators and parquet flooring, have been carefully preserved to maintain the charm and authenticity of the premises.
To redesign to the owner's tastes and set a more contemporary tone, we redesigned the rooms. The kitchen and bathroom are still usable but dated, and have been given a new lease of life with modern, more functional fittings. Elsewhere, certain partitions were removed to make way for open spaces, favoring fluidity and conviviality.
The agency chose to punctuate this rehabilitation with unique and personalized artistic touches. Imagined by the owner, our architectural firm and the artisan Âme du Vitrail, two magnificent stained glass windows adorn the entrance, while a monumental fresco was created in the bedroom. Created for the occasion by Rosatelier, this unique piece hangs above the headboard. Original creations that we have specially thought out to add the desired artistic dimension to the project.
At the heart of this bespoke renovation, these elements add to the chiaroscuro effects of the painting, creating a striking and captivating atmosphere in every room. Imbued with a palette of bold colors, the renovated apartment exudes an eclectic, lively aesthetic, both for the owner and his visitors.
